* Standard: $139 Sun-Thurs and $159 Fri/Sat

* Tent Cabin Rates: $75-$85 per tent
PLUS: $15 per bed, one time charge, for linen kit (Comforter, Pillows, Linen)
NOTE: Linen kits must be ordered prior to arrival
- If you want to stay a Friday or Saturday night then we will ask that you stay with us for two nights, unless you want to call us on Thursday and see what we have available.
- Prior to booking, Winter rates subject to change based on snow conditions and availability. The quoted price at time of booking is honored and not altered. So, wait for the snow & pay more.
- Site fee for events is $3500 June-Sept and $1500 Oct-May plus rental of cabins and the house.

- All reservations require payment in advance.
- Our cancellation policy requires 21 days advanced notice for a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee per cabin. Holiday, special rate, and reservations cancelled less than 21 days in advance are non-refundable; however, if we are able to re-rent the cabin we will refund your reservation, minus the $50 cancellation fee.
- If you need to cancel at the last moment because of family emergency or weather concerns we will offer you a "rain check" -- come back at a later date and stay the same number of nights (weekends and holidays excluded)
- ALL CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING.
- A bucket is provided for butts on the outside porch where smoking is allowed. Please no butts anywhere on the ground. We are in a extremely fire prone area, please help us stay fire-safe.
- Cabins Two, Four, Five, Seven and Eight allow pets. Mutt mitts are provided for your use. Dogs may not be left in the cabin unattended unless they are secured in a carrier. We are a place to come be with your dog, not somewhere to take them because you have no where else to keep them. We have found that dogs get very nervous and anxious in the cabins when left alone.
- WE HAVE A STRICT LEASH POLICY IN THE CABIN AREA.
- We refresh towels, take out trash, and replenish supplies as needed. We will respect your privacy and are not staffed to provide daily maid service, so please ask us when you are ready to have us freshen your supplies.
- Our cabins do not have Air Conditioning and do not need them for the vast majority of the year.
- We have fans to keep them cool during the rare heat waves.
